Who we are

Since 1994, hertzer GmbH has been planning and building stage sets, exhibitions and art projects - from the first draft to installation on site. Everything is made under one roof in Berlin-Pankow:

• Planning office - planning, design engineering, cost estimating and project management
• Joinery - timber construction for stage, exhibition and art
• Metalwork - steel and metal construction, base structures, custom builds
• Paint and assembly hall - surfaces, scenic painting and pre-assembly

Your tasks - depending on your focus

• Planning: developing technical solutions for stage sets, exhibitions and art projects
• Design engineering: engineering and detailing in timber and steel, preparing shop and installation drawings
• Project management: managing projects on your own responsibility - client contact, coordinating the workshops, schedules, budget and installation
• Cost estimating: preparing quotes and post-calculations

Your profile

• A completed degree (bachelor’s or master’s) in Theater- und Veranstaltungstechnik or a comparable qualification
• Confident use of CAD software
• An understanding of materials, fabrication and installation
• An independent, structured way of working and enjoyment of working with creative people
